Well, it's 2011. Fitness goals for this year include:
1. Maintaining a healthy weight of 170.
2. Remembering "everything in moderation" including moderation.
3. Lift weights.
4. To eat dessert without freaking out.
5. To break 2:45:00 in the Fifth-Third 25K and 4:45:00 in the Chicago Marathon.
And this morning, I'm running the Sgt. Preston 6 mile.
