                  Little known fact but on the DVD version-he tested and almost won the part of Messala in Ben Hur. Long before most of his comedic roles.

                              I try not to think about it but I finished at RPI in 1966. In the old days McDougald was a fixture in the Yankee lineup and the lineup remained the same for years in the 50's. The only change each game was who was penciled in as the pitcher.
