The #8 UNH Wildcats take on the #3 William & Mary Tribe at UNH's Cowell "Stadium". Huge game for the Cats after big wins the last three weeks vs Richmond, James Madison, and UMass.

No doubt the biggest game of the season.... GO CATS!!

A good UNH drive starts the game, but stalls at the Wm & Mary 35 and it ends in a punt (touchback).

Great defensive series for the Cats as they stop the Tribe 3 and out. Souza fair catches the punt at the UNH 24 and the Cats' second drive of the game starts there.

First big call of the game has UNH go for it on 4th and 1 from the W&M 40... and Toman keeps it on the QB sneak and UNH gets the first down.

Two big penalties on the Cats..... after the 1st down, Toman hits Kevon Mason to the W&M 11, but is called back on holding. Unreal.

Again, penalties costly again.... this one stops another good UNH drive and forces a punt to the W&M 10 and their second drive starts there.

A poor punt is scooped up by Hugo Souza.... and is able to get it back to the W&M 39. COME ON, CATS!!! Big opportunity here!

1st Quarter over.... UNH 0, Wm & Mary 0.... UNH has 84 yrds in the 1st; Wm & Mary 8. When the 2nd quarter starts, UNH will have 4th down from the W&M 24 and likely will attempt a 41 yd FG.

W&M return the kickoff to their 33. Their third drive starts there.

Young Brent Caprio in his first start at QB for Wm & Mary can't get the Tribe going and they go 3 and out again... and now it is the Cats back to the offense and they start at the UNH 22.

No problem. Wish we had more to show for how well we have moved the ball so far.

Our penalties have been just not good... killing us so far and now UNH goes 3 & out. UNH really needs to start playing cleaner and smarter.

Bad punt by UNH now.... Wm & Mary may have blocked the punt partially and they take over at the UNH 48.

UNH offsides moves the ball to the UNH 37 and W&M finally get their first 1st down with 10:50 to go in the 2nd. RB Jonathan Grimes then nearly gets them another 1st down. Come on, Cats!!!

This is just disgusting... UNH has W&M stopped, but a personal foul facemask gets the Tribe a 1st down at the UNH 21. WAKE UP!!!!

Caprio hits Chase Hill with a 19 yrd TD pass.. Wm & Mary 6, UNH 3 after kicker Drake Kuhn misses the PAT off to the right.

If UNH does not get their heads out of the butts and stop taking penalty after penalty, this is going to be a long day....

And just as I am typing this .... UNH has a great Dontra Peters kickoff (to the W&M 47) negated by a holding penalty. UNH now starts at their own 22.

5 penalties for 50 yds so far... but they have been killer penalties because you not only have the pen yds, you need to also consider the yrds lost on the plays too. UNH has had two 30+ yrd plays negated by penalties so far.
