Of course... now W&M punts and Terrance Fox fumbles the punt. Of course he does. So... the 4th string QB is in and you fumble the punt. This is insane.

I am nearly done with this game.... Grimes carries it nearly for a TD now... ball at the UNH 1. 4th string QB is in. You KNOW he is not going to pass. MAKE SURE YOU KEY ON THE RUNNING BACK! DAMMIT!

WM & Mary scores... 13-3 now with 0:56 to go in the 3rd. Just too stupid to win games of this magnitude. Plain and simple.

You can't play any dumber than we have today. I stopped counting our mistakes--- not stuff that was forced by W&M -- in the 2nd quarter. Embarrassing. Can't wait for McDonnell's excuse fest (ie his press conference after the game). That should be rich.

It's disappointing. They got things together after a rough start this year -- but of course it was a rough start brought on by their own mistakes, including a victory they gift-wrapped for URI. Then they have a week off while W&M battles an FBS school, the game's at home, and this is what happens? Just terrible.

Then they have a week off while W&M battles an FBS school, the game's at home, and this is what happens? Just terrible.

Yep. And the shame is is that McDonnell will receive 0 heat for this season. The URI game was unforgivable. Maine was bad luck but still had plenty of UNH miscues in that one including a missed/block FG at the end of the 4th.

This situation today was a gift... it could not have been better for the Cats--- they were even at home. And still... we managed to blow it. Or... have managed to blow it thru 4 qtrs and change. 10:40 left to go.

Good question.. the answer is largely due to UNH's stupidity. McDonnell probably still is protecting against the pass..lol.... W&M has not passed one time since Caprio left the game.

Our offense has been pathetic. Toman, usually an accurate QB, has been bad today. Caprio was 5-for-10 for 30 yds thru the air for W&M before he left with his injury. Schmand has yet to throw a pass. Seriously, UNH will NEVER get a better shot at these guys than this.... and they have booted their opportunity. 5:04 left as UNH gets the ball at their 20.

The kick comes up short and that will be the ball game now. God... McDonnell might well be one of the worst in-game coaches going. So, let me get this right, 4th and 1 from closer a few minutes ago you decide NOT to kick the FG, but now... on the 24... you decide it is time for the FG???? Convoluted logic is the rule of the day apparently.

Bank on a heavy does of Grimes now that we are under 3:00. Oh, wait a minute, Grimes has had every offensive touch for W&M THIS HALF. Nothing has changed.
