Lee was awesome tonight - simple as that. Tons of strikes, guys couldn't work counts, tough to get the bats going with that.
You coulda said that "Lee is awesome" and left it at that.
For mythical gambling purposes, Philly was +150.....I didn't hesitate. Not. One. Bit.
And I don't give two sh**s about hated teams/etc when I mythically gamble.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

I haven't seen Lee lead his mean to such a decisive victory over the Yankees since the Second Battle of Manassas.

If we are lucky this series will be over on Sunday.
Who's "we," you got a turd in your pocket?
Lee flat out dominated. I can't pin this one on the Yankees (although that play by Matsui was ridiculously stupid) that was as good of a pitching performance as I've ever seen, any time of they year.
Keep an open mind. Just don't be so open-minded that your brain falls out.

Yankee haters are hoping game 7 isn't scheduled at Appomattox.

And the preacher said, you know you always have the Lord by your side
And I was so pleased to be informed of this that I ran
Twenty red lights in his honor
Thank you Jesus, thank you Lord

That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.
