Wow. Good to see him go out with a bang in what could be his last home game. I have to admit that I teared up a bit watching this as well, as I would think most people will. Great player, and a heck of an ambassador for the game.
I'd like to see him come back up here for a year. Have it end where it all began 20 years ago.

Sorry, but I hate Mike Madonna.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

          Hell. No. Never. Ever. EVER.

          Go Devils.

Still wish the NORTH Stars were here.

Wild #2, I guess, being the home team and all.

Actually, it was Zelepukin, but Marty's ok.

Oh that's right, you have a Zelepukin jersey.

Hell ya. Although, for the record, I do have a Daneyko white/green/red jersey, and a Marty white/black one, too.

I still think we should have retained the North Stars name and Dallas could have gone by Lone Stars. I think that would have been cool...I hate "Wild."

I agree, and they tried, from what I've read. But Norm and Staff knocked that out right away, and also, I think Lone Star Beer had a problem with it, too.

The Bruins are in the playoffs.

Jack Edwards is still insufferable, though.

Soooo - is everyone a Leafs fan tonight?

No - that would be everyone but Buttman and the NHL.

What justification do they have for showing a meaningless Ottawa - Buffalo game on the NHL Network and dumping the Leafs - Canadiens game to a non-HD Center Ice Channel?
