      Unless I'm mistaken, you can correct me. Seems like you pick the successful Pittsburgh franchises (Steelers, Penguins) and the successful Boston teams (Red Sox, Celtics.)

          before two years ago, i don't think the C's were successful.

          the redsox are local. if i am going to a game that is my option. if they played the pirates in the world series (STOP LAUGHING!!!) i would cheer for the pirates. i still buy extra innings and watch the buccos.

          pittsburgh doesn't have a basketball team. i loved jo jo white when i was young and took to the green. their drafting larry bird didn't hurt.

            but rupp is the pens 'toughie' and he was scared chitless out there!! Z is just out of practice. he used to be able to punch.
