This is great. Campbell says if it happened next season, it would be a suspension...and if it is a repeat offender (like Cooke) it will be even stiffer.

        That's just great.

I love this picture because it shows the severity of Walker's actions. It's still hard to believe the NHL didn't take action over that one either.

Well, to be fair Cooke had shoulder replacement surgery in which they replaced his elbow with his shoulder..

Campbell, you gutless puke, go suck an egg.

So when someone takes Cooke's head off it won't be a suspension either, right?

Just so long as they do it with their "shoulder."

Well, Cooke took out the Bruins' leading scorer, so they might not go after Cooke. Gee, who is Pittsburgh's leading scorer?

                    I would cheer for that.
but I bet there would be a suspension for that hit....

I'll say what all the WCHA fans say when I bring it up. He should have kept his head up. If he did that he wouldn't have gotten hit.

And since the rule change doesn't at this time appear to be immediate--as in it won't be enacted until next season--in theroy, it is open season through the rest of the spring

A suspension? Try immediate, lifetime banishment.

The ban would probably come down before the game even ended.
