      I enjoy that a lot

Re: 2009-2010: Official Minnesota Wild Thread

With these AHL-ish rosters for the exhibition games, its hard for me to tell what lines it looks like Richards is going for. I don't think Russo has reported anything on the matter, but I could be mistaken. I feel like it should be something to the effect of:

        Havlat-Koivu-Sykora
        Miettinen-PMB-Nolan
        Brunette-Sheppard-Clutterbuck
        Pouliot-Brodziak-Gillies/Boogaard

I know Boogaard is a contentious issue for some people, but I look at how other teams have skated differently with him in the lineup (especially the Oilers, for some reason) and I still see value for him. Even if he's basically Mongo.
If you want to be a BADGER, just come along with me

At his graduation ceremony from the U of Minnesota, my cousin got a keychain. When asked what UW gave her for graduation, my sister said, "A degree from a University that matters."

I think the Wild should file a grievance with the player's association. Boogaard is being singled out unfairly while goons like Pronger get slaps on the wrist or no punishment at all.

            Season starts tomorrow. Yay.

Had a nice talk with Russo today.

GreatLakerMohawk: Why do you question Nathan? He knows what's up. F-cking listen already.
GreatLakerMohawk: Nathan appears to be the only smart one here. Again.

Why the hell do they put games on channel 45??? It looks like horse****!! Why is the video quality so much worse than on FSN?

Since this is the new Wild should I expect 6 goals by them tonight?

Because it's being converted wrong. Same reason the Maverick games broadcast on public access look like crap. Blame Comcast.

Apparently CMB is the new abbreviation for Columbus?

Well COL is Colorado, and CBS would look funny.

I'd be fine with CBJ even. Makes a lot more sense then CMB.

I think I have seen various stations use CBJ, which just makes too much sense for 45.

Ugh why is NHL.com online season pass $159 when TV version is only $129/$149?

I'd get the online one since I could get all the Versus games.

                                Premature horn blowage.

I can already see that there is substantially less defense so far. Not sure it is exactly what they were aiming for, however.
