I'd heard about Ashton Jeanty all year but hadn't see him play until today when I watched the Oregon State/Boise St game. Very impressive.

Big road win against wisky today. Probably results in the badgers missing a bowl. They'd need a LOT of help and would need to avoid two wins in 7 coin flips amongst the 5-6 teams plus a few underdogs.
It also ended their streak of consecutive winning seasons at 22, and evened the overall series between the two schools at 63-63-8. Fun win.

Basically we are treating it just like a Thur/Fri for the Bouncy Ball tourney.

I also think its going to be pretty big for gamblers. Again, way more than any of the previous early bowl games.

I wondered who the one blemish in ND's schedule thus far was, and when I saw it was NIU I said similar.

But, as you then point out, it's the same as it ever was, so nothing is going to change. People will gather around their school and go to football games. If it was really changing, then the places like the Kibbie Dome would constantly be empty.

The only real change is the TV exposure may be going back a decade or so, but thanks to streaming services, I can spend money to watch any game I want.

    Nobody cares about bowl games.

So, we spent a week hearing all "NO ACTUALLY HAVING TWO LOSSES IN THE SEC MEANS YOU'RE REALLY GOOD

and then 3 of the 6 teams with 2 or fewer losses took a 3rd loss.

And now it looks that at least three of the 4 finalists last season won’t make the bigger playoffs. Bama upset and has three losses.

That's why most people agree that Sanders would be a perfect coach for the cowboys....

Arizona State almost deserved to lose after that.
