When I saw the score, I was worried they ran up the score, but the only trick play was to make sure a TE got a TD on TE day.

I missed most of the game, but do sacks count against passing yards?

Yes sacks count against passing yards. He took 4 sacks for -33(?).
Edit: You’re right. Sacks count against a team’s passing yards (doesn’t make any sense) in the NFL, but not the individual player’s stats. So if Goff threw for 85 yards, that’s what he threw for. Looks like the Lions had 61 total passing yards.Last edited by psych; 10-27-2024, 09:49 PM.

More fun stats - they had more rushing yards (164) than passing yards (61). Yards per play was 6.8 rushing to 4.9 passing. Return yards 72 on kickoffs, 190 punt return yards (with 1 TD).Let's Go Broncos!

I felt GB “won” the first half. Moved the ball better, just kept stalling out past midfield while racking up a million penalties.
Second half was trying to play catch-up while the Lions dominated the ground. Didn’t realize until they threw that stat up the Lions are over 50% on 4th down conversions under Campbell.Go Green! Go White! Go State!
