Seattle's only rival is the Yankees, and the Yankees don't care about us.

It may become San Francisco with the A's going to Las Vegas and becoming the rival of the Diamondbacks.

That would be better, since for the Giants we're only like... 4th? (Dodgers, Cardinals, I dunno maybe the Cubs?).

I think Padres might sneak in there due to intra-division and intra-state, and some title races in recent decades.

The Blue Jays are starting to get there with half of BC showing up in Seattle every time they play.

The Angels because of that brawl a couple years ago.

The Astros because everyone hates the Astros.

San Diego and Seattle reminds me of UAA and Mankato from the old WCHA. Classic “you’re the only two left so you’re rivals” rivalry.

          • White Sox are back on their way towards infamy. After dropping their 11th straight today they're at a .257 winning percentage, which puts them on pace for 41 wins, the lowest in the AL during the 162-game era.

If you're scoring at home, you're not the Pale Hose and there's 4 to go.

                          • 13-7 going to the ninth now. 12 eighth inning runs scored by the Twins in this series. I’d say Duran is getting rusty, but it has always been close enough late that he warms up.

                            • That’s the final. 20 straight losses.

For a bonus stat that is sneaky incredible at the same time, that’s 12 straight L’s at Target Field.

                              • The White Sox now go to Oakland for a three game cripple fight. If they manage to lose all of those to tie the modern era record, the team that gets the opportunity to push them over the edge in none other than the Cubs.
