I couldn't see it on phone. Was there actual contact to the head? From the one angle it looks like he attempted to hit him but may have missed. Again, I'm on a phone and the angles I saw weren't great on small screens

Yeah, he got him pretty good. They didn't even review that part of it, they sent him to the locker room before they started looking at the video for anything else in the scrum.
