From everything I've seen/read/heard Lakes Mead and Powell will need many years of normal to above normal snow/precip to get out of drought conditions. And that still may not be enough. Most of their water comes via the Colorado River which is just so over utilized beyond any reasonable amount. It will also take drastic changes in how it's used and allocatedComment
