        We joke but in all seriousness they're all dead in 20 years, and before then their numbers are thinning.

                    That's a legitimately good line, however when a trendline is descending I think it makes sense to put the x axis at the top, since it is natural to read the scale from where it is closer to the data points.

                    For an ascending line you're absolutely right, it would be a war crime.
