That would be pretty funny if they did.

BTW, a quick google search- if anyone IS interested in betting on that- be careful on who you bet with. While the odds are equal, the payout isn't. Some are taking more than others. I saw one that had actual 0% cost odds, but others were taking 4-5%. So do your homework.

because fun. At least I presume that. And I understand there are endorphins when you win- which are addictive.

Otherwise, given the wealth in Vegas, yea.... they didn't build the strip because gamblers win.

            • Purdy out a year with Tommy John.

Jimmy G not coming back per Shanahan.

French will be ecstatic that they’re fully handing the keys to Lance next year.

But not as happy as if they also pick up Carson Wentz as the backup.
That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

If they do that I might have to head over to souixsportsanddonkeyshow.com to voice my displeasure!

The game was a lot different back then. Look at Johnny Unitas and Y.A. Tittle's TD-INT ratio. They both suck, too ... by today's standards.

Funny thing about gambling that I just learned regarding one of my brothers - he and his wife almost always have to pay in $30-40k in taxes on gambling winnings from Mystic Lake Casino. It turns out that while my SIL worked for the casino for 7 years or so, she was paying attention to the tendencies of the various slot machines. While she worked there, she couldn’t gamble. Now that she’s moved on to other employment, she goes to the casino two or three times each month and takes in the cash.

I had no idea until just earlier this week.

It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire and ash and dust, the very air you breathe is a poisonous fume." Boromir

Whenever he speaks, I immediately think of the scenes from Bedazzled when Brandon Fraser wishes to be the basketball star, but also becomes dumb as a post. Listening to Brady in the booth would be pure torture.
If you don't change the world today, how can it be any better tomorrow?

If they are paying that much in income taxes on her gambling winnings, that means she is making bank on those gambling earnings. Six figures minimum based on a typical tax bracket.
