edit- I missed the Broncos part- yea- not so much. Recall that I'm from Idaho, and I really can't stand the Broncos. Hate them a lot. I get seeing the Lions being 40 miles from Detroit, I hated seeing Denver being hundreds of miles from there. There was a zero chance of going to a Broncos game unless is was well planned in advance.

so going back in time, I saw that some fines were laid out for the pushing the trainer in the GB-Detroit game.

Quay Walker was fined a massive $13,261 for that penalty that caused him to get ejected. Wow, that's going to really teach a lesson, isn't it. Especially for a second offence at pushing a non player. Whew- going to hurt for sure.

The forearm to Swift's head that was the reason the trainer was on the field in the first place, nothing. For sure, that's going to leave a mark to make sure he doesn't do that again.

Then again, Jamaal Williams got fined after the game for his TD celebrations for $18,556. So that will teach those packers.

Wait, what? Oh, yea, the Detroit player got fined for a celebration dance, but the Packers players who shoved a trainer and forearmed a player to the head got less of a total fine than a celebration dance.

So tell me why Detroit fans should not be angry at the NFL again? That's complete....

Those fines are locked in by the CBA. I don’t know why Walker didn’t get fined for the Buffalo ejection, but 13k was the maximum for a first offense for an unsportsmanlike fine. Trainers don’t fall under contact with an official which would’ve deemed a much higher penalty.

Williams’ was his second fine of the year for celebrating. So he got the second offense level of 18k.

As for Reed, on review they may not have deemed him defenseless. As bad as it looks I think that play is technically legal if he was still considered a runner.
