      That is 100% correct and I wish the real media and pollsters, etc. would pick up on it and correctly report on it.

          Prior to Trump Rubin would have never sided with the Dems. She is a life long conservative but she is disgusted by where the GOP has gone. I mean the Overton Window has been shifted so far she isn't even a centrist and has forced her to moderate left stances on pretty much everything. As someone who could not stand her 10 years ago watching her slide "left" (she isnt Left but she moved that way) in real time has been interesting to see.

          (I still dont like her much but she has evolved on some issues that make her less annoying)

                  She's still annoying because she doesn't argue on the merits, it's always some rhetorical sleight of hand. She's Maher with an education. Now she's a hack on our side, but she's still a hack.

                  But I'm glad to have another voice switch sides. Jennifer Rubin is the sniveling voice of tens of thousands of NYT conservatives.

                    True her arguments are often self serving trash. Watching her spit in people she normally would kneel to though is worth reading her tripe most of the time though. ;^)
