The Proof the guy cited in the lgbtq case was never involved.

if we make **** up with no standing that discriminates against conservative Jesus freaks can we also get standing and rulings?

In high schools and derpy colleges.

Roberts will be regarded as an American Roland Freisler in graduate programs and law schools.

Taney had Dredd Scott. Roberts will have Dobbs (even though Alito wrote it).
    ....and Citizens United.

I have to give the Biden administration a lot of credit. They have known student loan forgiveness was dead once it got held up in an Appeals Court in October. Instead of “Oh well, we tried, it’s the Republicans/partisan SCOTUS fault” (which, of course, it is), and then doing nothing, they’re trying the plan B that’s been out there for months. It’s on as sturdy of legal ground, if not stronger, according to proponents, as plan A was. SCOTUS will likely use the “major questions doctrine” to shoot it down again, using questionable standing (again), but they’ll likely have to do it during an election year. The “It’s the Republicans/partisan SCOTUS fault” attack line in an election year, with all avenues for broad loan forgiveness attempted, should make for a stronger pitch to voters at that point.

Sounds like Biden is going to try plan B to cancel student loans, using the Higher Education Act. Godspeed, sleepy Joe!

Now that they killed affirmative action they can bring back loan relief since it will only be wealthy whites.
