Good. If Pujols or the HoF want it bad enough, they can pay for it.

I mistyped that. Meant that they were trying to move East after getting put in the Central. So the Central could have been Chicago, Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Houston, and St Louis. East would have been six teams with Atlanta, Florida/Miami, Montreal/Washington, New York, Philly, and Pittsburgh.

            End Interleague.

Replace the Homerun Derby with a MLB-wide Old Timers Day.

GET RID OF THE MAN ON SECOND, FOREVER, FFS!!!

            Do despite the whining:

Get rid of the DH in both leagues.

Eliminate all trips to the mound except for injuries. You don't need to talk to to the reliever.

Keep the 3 batter rule; expand it to 6.

Allow any shift, batters can adjust or die.

32 teams, 4 x 8 team divisions, no wild cards.

            My radical changes:

100-game RS with no games before 4/15 or after 9/15.

            7-inning games.
            3 ball walks
            4 strike strikeouts

But it is only a ball if you swing and miss and will be called by robot ump if out of the strike Zone.

want the games to move? Swing the ****ing bat
a legend and an out of work bum look a lot alike, daddy.

                            • Something that struck me after he hit 61 was just how huge Judge is. Lots of athletes are bigger than the average dude, but Judge was nearly a head taller (and in some cases way more than a head taller) than virtually every teammate he hugged after knocking it out of the park. The guy is MASSIVE.

I really hate the steroid era because it has robbed the sport of the joy the whole country used to feel at seeing these accomplishments. Pujols hitting #700, Judge hitting #61, those things are -- or should be -- magical moments that everyone can talk about. I mentioned watching Pujols hitting his 699th and 700th home runs to a co-worker earlier this week and they did not even know it happened. They did know the Guardians clinched a spot in the AL playoffs on Sunday, so this person isn't someone who doesn't know baseball exists.
