Wasn't Johnson brought up by the Expos? Or am I thinking of someone else?

    I liked that guy, TBH.

Every fanbase is afflicted with homerism, and it gets worse as the place gets smaller. This should be called College Town Syndrome.

Haha good lord, checked Reddit. A cardinals fan started a thread about now that Mauer is in, what about pedroia?

pedroia, the second basemen. It’s a bonkers comparison but another cards fan who can’t grasp that Mauer got in. Nevermind that Joe crushes him in almost every category, he did it as a catcher. Someone theorized that maybe these are younger people who simply don’t remember Joe at his prime.

    stay salty

It’s also who he was with when killed the bird. Case closed.

I love it when they replay the classics.

Mets deal with Raymel Ortiz, the #26 player in the 2024 international prospect class according to
@MLBPipeline , fell through because of player age falsification.

Damn, someone younger than me is in the HOF. I'm old. :-(
Verlander and a few other active players are older than Mauer
