  • Nice Picture

Is there a lineup of Hollywood elite in 2022 that could match the "awe" that picture invokes on so many levels? I mean aside from eating babies today's A-listers can't hold a candle to those mob-looking rock stars.

If you ever got to experience a place like this in its heyday you can say you’ve lived a full life. They don’t make theaters like this anymore.

The Hutchison Memorial Hut, colloquially called the Hutchie Hut, illuminated by moonlight in Scotland’s Cairngorms National Park. Rustic shelters called bothies — more than 100 of which are scattered throughout England, Wales and Scotland — are an indispensable, if little-known, element of British hill culture.

A March 3rd sunrise in Duluth.

The NY Giants - date unknown. My dad was a Giants fan (up until the Vikings started) because they chose St. Peter, MN and the campus of Gustavus as their training camp in 1952 and 53 when my Dad was a teenager living there. His Dad was a coach of several sports at GAC and his mother a professor and it afforded him front row access to the action. Some of my fondest memories ever were of spending time there during summer break. Watching my Grandfather (who has an award, training facility and a track meet named after him) be treated as a living legend at the time was awe inspiring. Why I decided to spurn that legacy remains a mystery to me to this day.

We didn't always have boards but pond hockey produced memories I will never forget.
