I've actually used Peacock a fair amount. Some movies, some tv shows (both new and re-watching old favorites). They will also likely add college football to their streaming this fall as well (Big Ten games I think and maybe others). That's not a selling point for me but it might be for some.

What these streamers forget is that we subscribe because watching them is only slightly more convenient than using our VPN to torrent shows, movies and music but the moment they add hoops to make it more difficult (or prohibitively expensive) back to the Pirate's Bay we go.
Peacock probably assumes that between sports and the WWE network and some re-runs people will want to keep it. Honestly most people dont even know they have it. Comcast/NBC Universal is way overreaching.

My wife keeps Peacock for The Office and Parks and Rec. We’ve watched a few other things on it, but those are rare. Oh, and my daughter likes watching the original Grinch cartoon."The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command." George Orwell, 1984
"One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its Black Gates are guarded by more than just Orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep, and the Great Eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire and ash and dust, the very air you breathe is a poisonous fume." Boromir
"Good news! We have a delivery." Professor Farnsworth

If it's a deal where you can share it with friends/family who might be paying for a different service I think it's worth it. I pay for peacock, Max, and PBS passport. Otter family members do Disney, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Paramount and we all share.

Some things on Peacock you can watch elsewhere. Psych for example is on Amazon Prime. And Yellowstone is on Paramount Plus which is vastly superior to Peacock anyways."It's as if the Drumpf Administration is made up of the worst and unfunny parts of the Cleveland Browns, Washington Generals, and the alien Mon-Stars from Space Jam."
