                Just found out the Giants "rented" Kris Bryant for the rest of the year. Joined 2 other former Cubs in hitting a HR in their first game with their new team.

                Kris Bryant hit a home run Sunday in his debut with the San Francisco Giants. He joined Anthony Rizzo and Javier Baez in hitting home runs in their debuts following Friday’s MLB trade deadline. According to ESPN, “The former Cubs became the first trio of ex-teammates in the modern era to start the season on the same team and then homer in their respective debuts with a new club later that season, according to Elias Sports Bureau research.”

                              Saw posts a page or two back about Anthony Rizzo being traded to the Yankees but nothing about him here testing positive for COVID?? Was he exposed before he got to New York? And why isn't he vaccinated????

                                A lot of Yankees who have been vaccinated have tested positive. There's been two outbreaks through that team this year, but mostly asymptomatic.
