        Not sure if this belongs here or in the Guns! thread... but the Nats/Padres game was suspended in the 6th inning due to two people being shot outside the third base side of the stadium.

                He's just filling in on SNY for the weekend. I didn't know he also got his broadcast start with the Mets radio team.

                I knew he was the long time Orioles announcer, but I most fondly recall his voice for the NHL on ESPN. I could listen to him read a phone book.

                  We may have the Las Vegas Athletics soon.

                  Oakland city council passes a stadium plan, but A’s ownership doesn’t like the amendments made to the prior working plans, now saying they likely can’t reach a deal.

                        Yermin Mercedes appears to have retired via Instagram. Also deleted everything White Sox related. He was demoted to AAA earlier in the month.

                          I saw my Chicago portion of FB and Twitter wondering what the hell is going on. He was hitting well in the MLB, but demoted to AAA. Went 0-3 tonight and was pulled for a PH in the 6th.... then posted that (apparently) from the locker room.
