Came in 2014, bought in late 2016. Paid $170k for a 2600 sq ft home (and offered less than asking). Currently now estimated at nearly $400k on the market. My property values and taxes have nearly doubled since I bought. The house next door sold in 2022 or maybe late 2021 for over $400k. And it is being used solely as an AirBnb. Cheapest house in town now is $150k for 676 sq ft.
