    You weren't kidding. Did Austin vote it down or something?

    On a work trip to OKC years ago, I thought the Devon Energy building stuck out like a sore thumb on an otherwise modest skyline.

    If I had hundreds of millions to invest that is certainly where I would want to put it. I get buildings like that in NY, London, etc where real estate is a premium but it makes zero sense there. It’s a big ask for first responders too.
