How much of this country doesn't even have broadband service?

Why don't you concentrate on fixing that first. Vote Donnie again, he's right on top of that.
What kind of cheese are you planning to put on top?

Just a reminder, there is currently a metric sh** ton more government oversight of slot machines than there are for electronic voting machines.

Different problem. Paper trail is about the integrity of the ballot. It's why we have receipts for purchases.

            https://www.fcc.gov/reports-research/reports/broadband-progress-reports/2018-broadband-deployment-report

As of year-end 2016, 92.3% of all Americans have access to fixed terrestrial broadband at speeds of 25 Mbps/3 Mbps, up from 89.4% in 2014 and 81.2% in 2012. Nonetheless, over 24 million Americans still lack fixed terrestrial broadband at speeds of 25 Mbps/3 Mbps.
            Emphasis mine.

National broadband isn't profitable, so no one is trying anymore.

Vote Donnie again? You're the exact type of person I can't stand. Because I am offering a different opinion than you it means I voted for Trump.

Also, expansion of cellular networks has slowed while phone carriers are now able to abandon POTS copper services because they offer "alternatives" (read:Cellular and or Satellite service) despite those services not having the same coverage area as POTS.

How about this, then: pontificating from a position of willful ignorance (information is available, so you have *chosen* not to seek it out) and questioning whether documented facts are correct help the side that is trying to do the things you are questioning. Why would you go around helping those scumbags and then not vote for them yourself?

                  It makes no sense.
If you don't change the world today, how can it be any better tomorrow?

Not in any of the reports this AM. but I saw reports last night her people were in touch with Bernie's negotiating. I'm guessing she was also negotiating with Biden.

Press conference this afternoon I saw. Maybe something then? Somebody check Bernie's schedule and see if he's in the northeast today. That ought to give us a clue.

Needs to be Gubmint. Remember the Information Superhighway? That was proposed by Clinton.

                                Bill Clinton.

That was 25 years ago. We could have had it for 20 years now. Guess who stopped it?
