                  I’m certainly no law expert, but under that standard basically anything besides a sucker punch would never see someone be charged.

                              I once read through the entirety of the MNDoT winter road care manual. I needed to know what kind of salt they use at what temps so I could use it on my driveway. I found it somewhat interesting so I read the whole thing.
