They are because she’s saying that the policies hit lower income harder and gave kids less to do so they are all out criming. She’s just veiling it under her fake concern. Indiana, Armpit of the Midwest, introduced a bill banning schools from teaching Nazis were of low moral character, banning teachers from excessive talking with students about suicidal thoughts (especially if the parents don't know), banned a few other things. Bill also declares teachers must post lesson plans for the entire year by X date for parental review, and if Junior's parents disapprove, the teacher must create a specific other plan for Junior.
