    Good lord, the people trying to get the weapons ban at the Fair repealed are some of the dumbest that have ever allowed themselves to be on record. They admit the rules have been around forever and that they have been breaking the rules for quite some time. They are challenging now because the Fair is taking a harder line stance with metal detectors which will make it harder for them to break the rule and conceal carry.

    You know, the speed limit near my house is 30 and for years I have been driving much faster than that. They have put up signs that show your speed making it easier for cops in the area to catch us going too fast. I should file for a temporary injunction because this is violating my ability to break the rules!

    That is literally their argument.

      It's worse than you may have thought. You can be impeached for "drunkenness, crimes, corrupt conduct, or malfeasance or misdemeanor in office."

      No one in the history of the state has ever been impeached. I mean, c'mon, "drunkenness"?

                    Looks like Minnesota state fair opening day attendance was down just over half- 61k people instead of the usual 120-135k.
