That's fine but you need to change the borrowing laws then. Cause states cannot run deficits. And if you let States run deficits, liberal states will manage their money fine. Cool. Thanks. I wasn't sure where that came from. It certainly appears that that allows Red States to just go begging to the Feds when they run into trouble. And if they were allowed to run them it would be interesting to see which states would keep fiscal sanity and which would not.
