          A deadender insurgency is one obvious endgame. The Republicans finally get to play with their pew pews, murdering innocent people who are no threat to fight back. Ideal for these cowards.

            I'm verging in your territory here, merging vast generalizations based on what i personally believe, but I think, once a lot of these gun-toting new Revolutionaries, once they see some of their own getting gunned down by cops, once they see that not every cop is behind them, once their violence is faced by actual law enforcement firing back at them, a lot of them are gonna lose their appetite for armed revolution.

            As I said before, you'll still have the PBs and the Oathkeepers, and their former military nutjobs hanging on, but the government anti-terrorist units will take care of them over time. But your average Cletus and Buford are gonna decide that they'd rather spend their time sitting on the sofa in the double-wide watching the game, rather than potentially getting their head blowed off.
            What kind of cheese are you planning to put on top?

                            The GOP is a (probably Russian-financed) criminal conspiracy to subvert democracy.

                            Put them all in jail, ban the party like Germany did the Nazis, split the Democrats into the Handies and the Keplers and keep the two party system.

                            Occupy the red states with federal troops and do Reconstruction right this time.

                                The Russian funded GOP is essentially the right wing dictators we put in charge of Central and South American countries.
