      Mitch McConnell has reached out to certain Republican Senators and asked them to vote against the commission as “a personal favor” according to this.
      Apparently he thought the cops wife would sway people so he begged them to stop the commission as a favor.

          The GOP blocked the commission...this is why you don't let the criminals choose whether they can be investigated or not.

              Good thing they investigated Benghazi, isn't it? THAT was important, this was just a bunch of tourist beating people and breaking windows and vandalizing stuff... nothing to see. The threat to the life of the VP had to been a joke, especially since that can be traced to dumpy's commands.

              What's sad is that it's constantly pointed out how much McConnel hates dumpy. But he protects him at every single opportunity. Forgive me for thinking that's a BS line.

                McConnell's wife was Transportation Secretary under Trump, while her family owns a shipping company that routinely passes through the US.

                Trump has McConnell over a barrel, because if/when the sweetheart deals Elaine Chao was allowed to make are leaked.....

                  But that wasn't a Special Commission. That was just specific committees in Congress holding hearings.

                  Something Nancy needs to get moving on immediately. Any Repubs wanna ***** and cry 'partisan politics', just give 'em the finger and say, "you had your chance"
