            I mean, yeah, that is better.

            CC was a slaver but that also reflected his time. His actions led indirectly to a genocide.

            Hitler was decidedly behind or, if the GOP remains in power, ahead of his time, and his genocide was directly due to his actions.

            CC's in White People Hell*, sure, but in a different circle.

            * Won't it be funny if hell is systemically racist? In either direction, it's a good final twist.

                South Dakota, Arizona, and Kentucky Republicans have introduced bills saying that if kids express gender dysphoria to their counselors, it's the same as self-harm and counselors must report it. Also, Republicans in at least 10 states want to jail doctors if they provide trans teenagers with puberty blockers.

                6 week old fetuses have more rights than trans kids. I'm sad. It's a really dark time for trans people in this country.

                          South Dakota's anti-trans bill has passed their house and will probably breeze through their Senate. The only thing that can stop it is a governor's veto, and she might, because she had some concerns.

                          Just remember, Republicans are only pro-life if the child is still in the womb.

                                Don't exhaust yourself with worrying about clowns who do not control you and whom you cannot control or even influence. Remove those obstacles between you and your deserved happiness. The shyt will always be out there. They are afraid of you and every other non-majoritarian group that is on the right side of history. They don't deserve to be in your head. That space is for you, those close to you, and those who inspire you.
