Which year race are you watching? Or is this 2023? I read it like you were watching an old race.

This year's race. it was streamed live without any interruptions and Radio Le Mans commentary. Ferrari won it overall (there are a bazillion different classes).

Not surprised. Little Lewis has no balls.

7-time world champion has no balls. Sure.

I hate his whole YAY JEETS shtick, too, but for goodness sake, he is 1000x the man you or I will ever be. They all are. Even Stroll.

            • So Kyle Larson will be racing at INDY next year and now it sounds like Fernando Alonso has contacted Honda about doing the same in 24. Wow. I thought he’d lost interest. VERY cool news!! He also said he plans to stay at Aston Martin through 2026.

"I think it's ****ing stock. What--? Which part of that is unclear to you? I think it sounds stock to my ears. I mean, do you want me to write it down?" Tap Pt. 2

Alonso never lost interest. It's just that when he returned to F1, none of the teams (Alpine, Aston Martin) were willing to give him the exemption to run Indy. He has always said he would like to try it again. After all, it's the one missing piece of the Triple Crown for him.

Thanks! I hadn’t kept up on him after 2018ish but with his results this season I see he hasn’t lost a thing. Aston is partnering with Honda in 2026 but I hope the INDY entry for Fred is sooner.

                  • Rumors of Hamilton to Ferrari. Man…if he moves at all I would think RB and Aston Martin would be more favorable options. Ferrari sans Ross Brawn is a 3rd place team.

That doesn't make any sense to me, albeit I know nothing.

Agreed, but these pilots are prone to terrible or odd decisions (Villeneuve, Mansell, Alonso, Vettel et al).

                        • Mercedes has new side pods for the weekend. I think they were supposed to unveil them last week, but that got pushed back. It’s only FP1 but Hamilton was third behind Sainz and Alonso. Of course Russell was P14 so who really knows.

There’s rain predicted on Sunday, but tomorrow’s essentially the real race. I guess with Vegas on the calendar there’s now two Saturday races this year.

Vegas's race is Sunday only in Vegas. For me, it will be Sunday afternoon.

It's Ferrari, that's all you need to know.

THE most famous team in all of F1, and even a desirable seat when the team sucks bad (which is more often than not).

Although, without Alfa Romeo, Ferrari would not exist....

To be fair, "sucking" for Ferrari is finishing 3rd in Constructors', right?

Williams would kill to suck like that.
