In this new era of F1 many of the teams and drivers of the past would not be accepted today (Ahem, Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Jordan, etc). It’s best to stay off radar and if and when you get in work to change the culture.

Two of the teams are mentioned as having major upgrades scheduled within the first month of the season. Why does that happen -- are they scheduled for the start but they run into problems in development?

Very spaced out schedule to start the year. Two weeks off until Saudi Arabia, then another two weeks for Australia. Then a full month for Azerbaijan, followed by no break for the Miami race.Go Green! Go White! Go State!
