        • In a move that is hardly surprising, given that they have pretty much given up the win in every game- Detroit concedes the game vs. bye and are now 0-9.

          • Vikings defense allows 500 yards and 36(!) first downs.

So that may end current players on the Eli and Payton show- everyone who has showed up to talk to them during MNF had something bad happen to them in the next game.

Maybe Mayfield will wander onto the set tonight.

Gave a reasonable excuse for not being vaccinated. But not once did he address the fact that he was not following NFL protocol- which is the key issue with other teams. And the talking heads also have no issue with not taking the vaccine, except for the misleading "immunized" and the fact that he's also not playing by the same rules as all of the rest of the unvaccinated NFL players. Let alone the idea that he has special rules for him.
Yeah, his silly weasel wording of "immunized", his decision to ignore league rules, his preposterous appeal to be exempted from said rules and finally his admission of taking ivermectin... really helped his self-immolation.

                  What a completely selfish ********.

                  • Heard this morning, after he took his self-immunizing ritual the the NFL, and they rejected it, they offered to set up meetings with him and several other league medical officials and experts, and he never met with any of them.

But, he did talk to Joe Rogan for advice.

                          • The NFL fined Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Allen Lazard each $14,650 for attending a Halloween party while unvaccinated, the league said Tuesday.

The NFL also fined the Packers $300,000 for Covid-19 protocol violations, including its involvement in that party, the league spokesperson said.
The league alleged that the Packers knew about the party, which was not sanctioned by the team, but failed to report violations to the NFL.

Given what other teams got, shouldn't the Packers also lose some draft picks???
