So glad the NFL cares about sexual assault.
Make a $1500 bet? Gone for a year
Assault allegations with 23 payoffs? Meh...6 games.

I have to assume mine is worse now.

That's what happened. We came at the end of a long, long, long wave of everyone else's death and pain, and now we can't have the same goodies. That's all that happened, so stop your whining. In your private sphere be whatever you want and own it. In the public sphere, be aware that nobody feels sorry for you, nobody shares your feeling of being wronged, and everybody thinks you're just a big, fat, spoiled baby.

I've given up the old word unless I'm forced to use it (e.g. Sioux Falls, SD) and don't wear the old logo. I'm at peace with the change. I believe many Cleveland fans, being given a good choice, will come to same place soon.

    That said, Hawks is vanilla.

    Burma's gone; welcome to Myanmar.

Well, if you truncate Commanders to Commies it's close, not angstrom close, but gettin' there.

While the term "Guardian" itself is a little vanilla, at least it ties into something in the city. There's, like, some actual item or physical entity behind it. It's not just a vague term, like Commanders. And Cleveland did a good job with the logo, which helps, it's something to identify with. Their logo isn't just another fucking "W", now with serifs!!! I'd prefer to remain the WFT rather than whatever the hell a Commander is.

I mean, with Commanders still being a military name, you could still do "XXX on the warpath", but just pick something else for XXX.

Also, later in the song they replaced "sons" with "all", so I'm assuming SteveP will drop in to tell us how this triggers him.
