Trubinsky is likely never going to have the flash and flair, but he has recovered quite nicely after a very poor start that was likely the result of nagging injuries.

Use the weather to your advantage. Southern teams do it early in the season, by choosing the white unis. Let the northern teams use winter to their advantage.
