It is pretty entertaining that she talked to Justice Brewski and said he was the man on precedence for abortion. Then we come to the abortion case and it's Roberts who saves it on precedence and good old Brewski goes the other way like precedence never existed.

I'd say both are nails in her coffin.

      • It looks like McGrath will just escape an upset by Booker.

WaPo estimating that 93% of the votes are in and she has a 10k vote lead 235k to 225k. Based on those numbers, there are around 34.6k votes left, so Booker would have to take about 65% of the remaining vote and all the precincts left appear to be in McGrath favored counties.

        • AP called the race for McGrath. Booker led all morning, but the late votes in the rural counties swung it to McGrath. What an awesome race to be apart of. Record turnout with the Democratic presidential primary already decided.

          • So McGrath has earned the right to lose to McConnell and Booker will probably run against the ophthalmologist in 2022.

I pray she finds a way to win it. I don't see how but I sure would like to see all the Booker progressives come out in droves to support her in the fall.

Dump could become so poisonous the bottom could fall out. And investigative journalists could find some really terrifying malfeasance by Yertle. Anything's possible.

We’ll turn out. I’d say most Booker voters, such as myself, were McGrath voters 3-4 months ago. The miracle will have to involve pro-Trump supporters voting only for him, since obviously they outnumber “modern” Democrats in the state. The unfortunate part is that Kentucky has a straight-ticket box one can fill-in, which is just as easy as filling in the one for Trump, so, I hope McConnell continuing to be one of the most unpopular senators catches up to him and people skip that box. I still think best case scenario is that Democrats retake the Senate this fall, and maintain it in 2022, so that he retires, rather than stay minority leader at 80*.

Agreed 100% with every sentence of this.

McConnell has a soft featherbed of dirty money waiting for him. There is no way he stays if they lose power. In fact a sh-t ton of Nazis are going to cash out if we take the Senate. They didn't siphon all our money to donors all those years for charity; they want the big pay off. Hell, Anthony Kennedy cashed in on early retirement; you think a Senator is going to show more integrity?

Public service is just an investment vehicle for these crooks.

No need to investigate, there's been plenty of d@mning malfeasance on his part in the last 3.5 years alone.

                        • Senate removed provision from bill that would have mandated Presidential campaigns report all communication from foreign sources aiding the campaign.

                          • Not the Senate. The ****wad Republicans.

Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Tuesday that Senate Republicans forced the removal of the election reporting provision as a condition to include the intelligence bill on the must-pass defense policy legislation.

It's truly amazing the depths to which they have sunk. The entire Republican party are traitors.
