    That article sounded like a desperate attempt from the national news media to push their umpteenth "Dems in disarray" meme. I too couldn't tell you who the better Dem candidate would be, but Gardner getting a lifeline out of this is a leap unless there's some actual polling to back it up. Accepting a free ride on an airplane is not the same thing as acquitting an impotent Nazi of treason which I notice the article failed to mention.

    Yeah having not a single mention of him seems odd. Like, you don't even need to give his name, but it's odd that his bio mentions his dog but not a hint of a "son".
