I've never understood why this album tends to be overlooked. It's better than any of the three Audioslave albums and at least as good as, arguably better than, King Animal.

I think we're going with "Your Savior". Opening with a deep cut is sometimes not a great idea, but it works with this specific set list.

        • If we locked Kepler in a Midwestern hotel room and forced him to listen to the Beatles on repeat, his head would explode.

          • He isn't alone. I had to listen to a lot of them in college (recording school). I cannot begin to describe how much I hate them.

Unless someone else is playing their songs. Then I usually dig them.

I'm just over them, for the most part. But then, I'm pretty much over all classic rock. There's only so many times you can listen to Black Dog.
What kind of cheese are you planning to put on top?

It's been done. You're describing AM radio from 1973 though 1979.

                        • Sitting in a Starbucks writing a literature review, and they've got the 90s Alternative station playing. I've heard The Breeders, Nirvana, and Portishead in the last 15 minutes.

Two thoughts are running through my head:

A: This is awesome, because I don't even need Spotify today.

                          B. JESUS, I'M OLD.
