I agree. Because it's about sex and frustration, which are the cock and cunt of rock and roll.
But this is my nominee for the second greatest, because it's about driving and transgression, which are the arms and legs of rock and roll. There are many versions (Bob Segar of all people wrote it) but this is my favorite.
