          Not my thing, but from what little I've heard of Norah, it's good. Haven't heard enough to give a full rating. Small data sample, so to speak.

          I commented only on the specific tracks on Matrix, can't comment on the soundtrack as a whole.
          Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

                In the NHL thread I linked to a collaborative song by Foo Fighters and noted that most of the artists that contributed I could not name. So there's an alternative video that shows who each artist is as the song progresses.

                Anyway one the acts that participated is a band called Bastille. So I searched them on YT and found they have 2.2m subscribers, and a video from 2012 called 'Pompeii" with 560 freaking millions views? I swear I've never heard the song before. I did the same for every artist I knew I could not name at least 1 song. Man I'm getting old.

                      Those are great, no wonder Bonamassa is waxing poetic about the kid. Take exception to being better than the original though. Been listening to light as a feather since the 70s, Kid ain't playing with Stanley Clarke so no way is it better. Be looking for more of his stuff on You Tube.

                        I didn't mean the kid is a better guitarist, I meant I liked the SNIPS arrangement better. (The drummer and bass are no slouches either.)

                        Chick Corea and Al Jarreau would play in Ithaca all the time when I was an undergrad and I never once went to see them. I am a loser. :-(

                          I'm a big fan of Chicks electric stuff not so much of his acoustical stuff. I've never seen him live, a buddy went to Berklee and thats how I got turned on to Chick.
