The local brewery I frequent tosses out the "radio rules," (they can only play public radio, b/c no license for commercial radio). They use Spotify on Xmas Eve and NYE. Technically, they are ok, since they crank the non-public speakers in the back. LOTS of Lizzo and Missy E were cranked today.
