Ugh. My mom had to put her dog down today. 13 years old. Slipped a couple discs and was in pretty bad pain. Pretty broken up this evening. My mom will get better but she lives alone and that dog has been with her for as long as she's been living by herself.

super sad because they just figured out why she was having weight issues and she had shed a ton of weight. She looked great and my mom was super excited to have a "young" dog again. Just devastating.

Yeah, I hope he was a strong swimmer.

This is what every HS band in my hometown tried to sound like when I was growing up. Music created and performed by 18-year olds solely to get laid by 16-year olds. The essence of rock and roll. Such a wonderful combination of pure fun and just terrible.

A man whose musical influences ran from the Beatles and Dylan, to Prince, sometimes perhaps a little too obviously, but this is a stellar cover.

Musician, played keyboards, guitar, bass, some drums, multi-talented. First rose to prominence as the keyboard player in Mike Scott's Waterboys, a behind the scenes supporter and studio helper for Sinead O'Connor when she was making her first album, and later pretty much the only full-time member in the band World Party.

Probably would be best known as the writer and original performer of She's The One, later recorded and finding huge success for Robbie Williams.

    An immensely talented man.
