Quite shocking. Similar to how much shock you get touching a 9v battery to your tongue.

If the Leafs lose Game 6 they're definitely losing Game 7.

                • Every team not named the early 80s Islanders has a stretch like this in the playoffs. It's not indicative of anything but SSS.

                      • The Minnesota Wild’s plan to beat Oettinger is to generate absolutely no offense whatsoever. We’ll see how it works out for them.

                        • I’m gonna be disappointed if guerin doesn’t bin this coaching staff

edit: the more I think about this I dunno. Do you bring in a new staff to deal with two years of cap hell? Or just tank for two years and then bring a decent coach in

Yeah it is tricky. They were in cap hell this year too, but somehow managed to claw their way in. Probably more evidence that the west just isn’t very good this year.

Evason’s postseason history is embarrassing, though, at all levels. Obviously players have to play and assume some of the responsibility, but I have no idea how you go out with such a whimper two years in a row. All of the other teams played for their lives to try and stave off elimination, not the Wild. Just roll over and die. Pathetic.
