Well, Azerbaijan is friendly-ish with Russia due to proximity, but they've been on Turkey's side when it comes to their constant fighting with Armenia (who is staunchly on Russia's side). Yeah, it's a bad scene there. Armenia has relied on Russia for a century for protection against the Turks, and Armenia just recently had their asses kicked in yet another shooting war over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Turkey couldn't possibly care less about the conflict but they hate Armenia (honestly, go look up official Turkish statements on the Armenian Genocide. It's frightening).
