I'm torn on this.
On one hand, I hate this bull**** end-around the Constitution. It isn't acceptable in any circumstance. I don't want it anywhere.

We need massive majorities everywhere. Which isn't going to happen. Roberts recently did a dissent where he was trying to check the Court in the Texas Abortion case. He ended up in the minority. They have 6 now. Roberts no longer matters. Not sure where we go from here to be honest. Other than any nation's slide out of democracy, the only truly sad things about it being America's turn are (1) we're so big if we fall into the hands of the Nazis they could literally end sentient life on Earth, and (2) I keep all my stuff here.
